Applications open for the ENCE Academy Head Coach position
We’re looking for the next important piece in building our Academy program – the Academy Head Coach. The coach works both independently and in collaboration with Eemeli on a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Being involved in the Academy team’s regular practice
- Actively scouting and working with an extensive pool of young CS:GO prospects on a weekly basis
- Guiding the players in both gameplay and tactics
- Creating homework and assignments
- Managing the team together with Eemeli and going through other essential themes with the rest of the ENCE staff

The requirements for this position include:
- Comprehensive knowledge and deep understanding of CS:GO
- Ability to converse in both Finnish and English
Supplementary qualities:
- Previous experience in coaching or youth work is considered a plus but not mandatory
- Living near the Helsinki area is seen as beneficial due to the location of the ENCE office and possible traveling
However, we aren’t looking for a complete package. ENCE’s existing infrastructure offers a great support system and a chance to develop and hone your skills as a coach.
