Aleksander "hades" Miskiewicz and Paweł "dycha" Dycha move to the bench as we welcome Paavo "podi" Heiskanen and Viktor "sdy" Orudzhev to the main roster.
Our year began with excellent runs at IEM Katowice 2024 and the RMR, but despite the strong start, we haven’t reached the desired level of performance. The team has decided to search for new vigor through roster changes and welcome Paavo "podi" Heiskanen and Viktor "sdy" Orudzhev to the main roster. With that, Aleksander "hades" Miskiewicz and Paweł "dycha" Dycha will move to the bench.
ENCE CS Head Coach, Jakub "kuben" Gurczyński, opens up the reasoning behind the change: ”In the current season, we have met the goals set beforehand, but my sporting ambition does not allow me to accept the lack of progression. We gave this team many chances and tried to solve ongoing problems in every possible way, but unfortunately, things didn't click in this setup. The aura built on the Katowice run quickly passed, and frustration grew in each of us.
Our players are great individuals, but we need a TEAM to win systematically. Bring back the joy and do it with passion. The environment players create together should be fun; lately, we’ve lost that spark. At this point, we are forced to make changes.”
- Jakub "kuben" Gurczyński, ENCE CS Head Coach
Thank you, dycha & hades
We want to express our deepest gratitude to dycha and hades for their contributions to ENCE.
Since joining us in January 2021, dycha has been a cornerstone of our international rebuild, standing strong through thick and thin. We saw five Grand Final appearances in S-tier tournaments with him, claiming the championship from IEM Dallas 2023. His dedication and resilience, combined with his humor and personality, have seen us through many roster iterations with spirits held high.
hades, who first joined us in the spring of 2021, elevated our gameplay with his exceptional AWP skills. We were delighted to welcome him back at the start of this year, knowing that we were getting a professional and eagle-eyed player into the roster.
A 2024 highlight for these two Polish players was competing in the Quarterfinals of IEM Katowice, playing on stage in front of a huge live Polish audience — a dream we are proud to have conquered together. Thank you, dycha and hades, for everything you have brought to ENCE.
Welcome Paavo "podi" Heiskanen
Paavo "podi" Heiskanen, Finland’s most promising young AWPer, is making a significant step in his career from ENCE Academy to join our main roster. At just 19 years old, podi has consistently delivered great performances with the Academy team, and now, he has the opportunity to showcase his talent in Tier 1 CS.
His potential hasn’t gone unnoticed; both Nikola "NiKo" Kovač and Guy "NertZ" Iluz have named him their “Bold prediction for 2024”. We are excited to see podi rise to the challenge and make his mark on the international stage. Welcome to the big leagues, podi!

Welcome Viktor "sdy" Orudzhev
At 27 years old, this Ukrainian talent has an impressive track record with former teams, including Spirit, Mad Lions, NAVI, and Monte. sdy’s career took off with Spirit, where he played from 2018 to 2022. He then went on to achieve his first big win with NAVI at the BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2022.
After joining Monte, sdy was instrumental in their rise from outside the Top 50 to the HLTV Top 6 teams. His personal development during this period was remarkable, culminating in his crowning achievement as the ESL Challenger Jönköping 2023 MVP. You could say that sdy was born with a mouse in his hand, as he first played CS 1.5 when he was only three years old. We’re happy to bring his wealth of experience on board. Welcome to the team, sdy!
