ENCE Prospects team is part of ENCE's Academy program, a grassroots youth program founded by ENCE in 2022, with the purpose of helping and providing a home for the young generation of competitive players who are aiming for a professional career.

The Academy Program acts as a player path, where young people get the opportunity to hone their skills in a responsible, professional and sustainable environment. Through comprehensive coaching, our goal is to take care of the players' psychological, physical and social well-being. This is how we create a great foundation for our players to succeed both in life and in the world of esports.
